HİZMET ŞARTLARI

Bu Hizmet Şartları (“Şartlar”), Avencelle web sitesine (“Site”, “biz”, “bizim”) erişiminizi ve kullanımınızı düzenler. Siteyi kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu şartları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen web sitemizi kullanmayınız.

1. HİZMETİN KAPSAMI

7. UYGULANACAK HUKUK

Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabi olup, doğabilecek ihtilaflarda İzmir Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
